Because it is so customisable, people use its powerful features to build "templates" - pre-made setups that you can add to your Notion workspace - just like groovmint!
Notion has four membership tiers available: Free, Plus, Business, and Enterprise, with the most commonly used being the Free and Plus tiers. groovmint and its standalone components work in all tiers, with some limitations on the Free plan that only allows one visual (chart) per page (please see the question below). Absolutely! All of our templates work on both free and paid Notion accounts, with full access to the automations. The only limitation for free users is Notion's one-chart-per-workspace restriction - so you'll see the Groov Momentum chart, but none of the other charts will be displayed (e.g .Groov Health, Productive Days, Insights charts, etc.) unless you upgrade your Notion plan. But no fear! We've replaced those charts with other views such as table and board so you can still receive the insights.
When you purchase groovmint we include two dashboard page versions (one designed specifically for free users, and one fully featured page for paid users) plus the groovmint/HUB page - a central separate repository page containing all databases linked to both the paid and free groovmint dashboards.
Yes you can, however, they won't add towards new calculation analytics such as the Groov Momentum Score .
If you do purchase groovmint at a later date, do NOT replace the groovmint databases for Tasks or Insights with the database from the standalone components, as the databases from standalones are missing important features and formulas required by groovmint. To include the data from your original components, please check the User Guide that you'll find included with your standalone component - it provides a guide for the exporting and importing of data into the complete groovmint dashboard.
If you have purchased groovdo and would like to purchase the complete groovmint system template, please contact us to receive a discount. You'll need to show proof of purchase for groovdo.
The FREE groovtrain component is for habit tracking only, and groovdo is our intelligent task system only - each is a standalone component that you can place on any page of your Notion workspace. All of our components, just like the complete groovmint dashboard template, come with a User Guide to get you started.
The top tier groovmint template is the complete system with dashboards, intelligent calculations such as the Groov Momentum Score, the Insights Journal and Mint Score, the database HUB, additional components to the above, and all automations and analytics that connect all of these components to give you the full picture.
It is imperative that you read the User Guide, specifically for Installation, to ensure groovmint functions as intended.
If you purchase our template via the Notion Marketplace, the refund policy lies with Notion, that is:
"You are eligible for a refund if you initiate a refund request within 14 days of purchase. Notion reserves the right to decline a refund request if we detect abusive behavior (sic), such as excessive refund requests within a certain time period. If you live in a region with a mandatory refund policy, Notion will honor (sic) any timelines or guidelines specified by that policy."
For our customers in Australia, consumer law states that digital products can't be returned once accessed on the basis of change of mind, or if you decide you have no use for the template, or found a cheaper option [1]. As stated above, Notion will honour refund policies of your region (Australia). If you feel that Notion is not honouring Australian consumer law policies, please contact us immediately.
