Getting help
If you have a question that isn't answered in this guide, or you've run into an issue you can't resolve, the best place to start is to reach out via Support to log your question or issue with our support team.
When getting in touch, it helps to include:
- A description of what you were trying to do (e.g. in steps)
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Any other supporting notes that may help us help you
- Your Notion account type (free or paid)
Reporting a bug
If something isn't working as described in this guide, please let us know. groovmint is continuously being improved, and user-reported issues are one of the most valuable ways we find and fix problems. The more detail you can give us, the faster we can help.
Feature requests
Have an idea for something groovmint should do or a new feature? We'd love to hear it! Not every suggestion makes it into the product, but every single one is read and considered. You can send feature requests through the Support page.
Staying up to date
When new versions of groovmint are released, change notes will be shared via the Change Log page, and to community members on our mailing list.
Note that future major updates may require you to re-duplicate the template - if that's the case, we'll provide clear instructions for migrating your existing data in this User Guide.
Note that when you purchase groovmint, we do NOT use your email details to contact you for updates or other promotional emails for new templates and apps. We may in future invite you to our community channel when that becomes available.
